Colleen McCoy-Cejka

Director of Professional Learning at National Catholic Educational Association

Colleen has been working in various teaching and leadership roles in the field of education for 23 years. As a teacher and leader, she has worked with K-12 Catholic and public schools and at the collegiate level as an instructor, program developer and coordinator, principal, and assistant superintendent. She is currently a fundraiser and marketing and communications associate, with Catholic Education Arizona.

As an advocate for children with exceptional learning needs, Colleen has worked on The Matthew 19:14 Project since it was originally developed as the Arizona Catholic Schools Disabilities Fund in 2014 with Dr. Lisa Fischer.

She has been providing professional development and assistance to Catholic schools desiring to welcome students of all abilities for many years. As co-author of Setting the Table: A Guide for Diversified Program Development for Catholic Schools, she has made it her life’s mission to help schools achieve the fullness of their mission through inclusion.
